These terms govern your use of clinicgrowco.com.au and the services provided by ClinicGrow Co. (“we”, “us”). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

The website

• Content is provided for general information and to showcase our services.
• We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee the site will be available uninterrupted.

The free audit

Audit reports are generated from publicly available information about your website and Google Business Profile. They are educational in nature, represent our good-faith interpretation of current best practice, and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes.

Engagements

If you engage us for paid services, a separate service agreement will apply and will take precedence over these terms where they conflict. We work month-to-month with a 30-day notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

• You retain ownership of your content, website, brand and accounts.
• We retain ownership of our internal frameworks, templates and tooling.
• Deliverables produced for you are licensed to you for your internal use.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or services is limited to fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
